- Wash inside out, cold and gentle. Air-dry. Don't iron over the logo.
Delivery & making time
Most pieces are made to order. Allow approximately two weeks for making and processing before dispatch; shipping time begins only after your piece is complete.
- Complimentary Economy shipping is available on eligible domestic orders over $400 USD.
- Available delivery services, shipping charges and estimated transit times are shown at checkout. Choosing a faster service changes transit time, not making time.
- Tracking is emailed after dispatch when supported by the selected shipping service.
Returns & exchanges
Eligible pieces may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please contact the studio before sending anything back.
Items must be unworn or unused, with tags and original packaging. Custom and personalized pieces, sale items and gift cards are final sale, except where required by law.
You arrange and pay for change-of-mind return shipping. We do not charge a restocking fee. Email support@viktrmartin.com for return or exchange instructions. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
